With us every day begins with an opulent breakfast offer “a la card” Saturday, Sunday and holidays we extend our offer by a large seasonal breakfast menu, which reinvents itself every 3 months.
On Sundays we recommend to reserve in time because of the big crowd.
Late risers can relax on weekends. All Z’morge are available on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays even until 16 o’clock!!

Snacks or “daylies” are the refined dishes that we offer you throughout. They are served in the lounge or in the café. Ideal for the hunger between meals.

About 70% of our fruit and vegetables come from organic farming. As a result, various ingredients may not be available and have to be replaced. Thank you for your understanding!

We obtain our meat from the Jenzer butcher’s shop in Arlesheim near Basel in Switzerland (deviations are shown separately).

Our manufacturer will be happy to produce special treats for your occasion!

We produce our fingerfoods fresh for you. Therefore a pre-order is necessary. Since the production is very labour-intensive, we ask for a minimum order quantity per sort of at least 10 pieces.
